Rich and extensive breakfast, with a lot of food. Large room with deep mattresses and separate bathtub, for instance. Very friendly, efficient staff towards all guests. Location very close to restaurants so nice location, the center of the central area in Shanghai near many shops, restaurants and parks, and taxi.

I was second time in this hotel. It was the next unforgettable visit. Delicious breakfast buffet which is mixture traditional Chinese and international dishes.

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were beautifully decorated, a luxury place to stay. the breakfast was varied and extensive with a lot of meals. Greatly enjoyed our rooms with a great style. the hotel was in an ideal location close to shopping areas, the metro station, and many other restaurants and bars.

staff were very helpful and the rooms were spacious. comfortable beds. Great to be able to open the windows. Location was great - interesting neighbourhood and good local and international food nearby. Close to public transport.
the temperature in the corridors and rooms on the 5th floor was much too hot. I understand it was set to 'winter' setting, but I believe that even this is far too warm. I would be comfortable with 20C settings, or even 18C.

I had a great stay at a traditional hotel in Shanghai. The value for money was amazing and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was fantastic, with metro stations and great shopping options nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Mr Zhang Shi-Jei at the front desk.
Breakfast items could use better jam and bread options.

Excellent location, close to transportation, restaurants, and bars. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Beautifully decorated rooms with luxurious amenities and separate bathtub and shower. Free parking available. Good value for money.

Nice location and rooms were tidy, good bed.
Breakfast wasn't very good, after one try we ended up buying our breakfast at a restaurant on the other side of the road. Much more value for money. No wifi available on rooms.
